What's the Difference Between Kosher and Hallal?

The picture noted here, is from a website found at Curley Shwarma in Peoria, Illinois.

Some have believed inaccurately that the restaurant contains kosher and hallal certification for some or all of the foodstuffs located at that location.  There might be some inaccuracies, even in the context and content of the picture.

There seems to be meat located underneath this picture of vegetables.  If the there is meat, the picture itself does not indicate the status of kosher or Hallal.  What's the difference?  The simple explanation can be understood through the lenses of a blade of gra(s).

In other word the butchering object that completes the slicing of meat is different.

The picture reveals a spoon with some sort of dripping substance.

We do not even know if the dripping substance contains milk or prohibited gelitan non-kosher or non-hallal ingredients.  Or if the ingredients are fresh.
