So, when preparing for Purim during Adar 1 (the male portion of the month, or something) was diligently searching for hamantaschen cookies to purchase online. (one's that are void of fish, don't ask, didn't attend Yeshiva but DG (Dalet Gimmel) probably did...) After some quick browsing, Green's Bakery, had the most affordable selection and there really weren't other options. Nevertheless, kept searching, looking, perusing for low cost and (at least from the looks of the triangle shapes) tasty cookies.
The idea then donned on me, like a bolt of lighting, something that never imagined...baking the cookies myself. Which then begs the question, what are hamantaschen cookies made of and (being that don't have or use a stove) can these cookies be made in an electric frying pan?
If anyone has some solid and tasty hamantaschen cookie recipes - feel free to send them my way via the contact form.
