Agreement with Shwarma?  offer idea to restaurant - funding is uncertain, however a minimum of $1,000 per month for 13 months 

Reason for uncertainty - selling 50% the idea (due to lack of knowledge and, frankly lack of desire to fully know based on limited actualized market value and the other 50% of idea and work will be owned by me)  The 50% of the idea that I sell, by telling you what it is, will have actualized market value based on the revenue flows of your small store and restaurant and a 10% net revenue share will be expected as will request to be highly involved all portions of process.  At the same time, 100% of the idea that is owned/ not owned by me contributes to increasing Torah awareness, learning and knowledge.

Have listened to TorahAnytime.com for as long as can remember...and since couldn't think of a better late than never birthday present for a restaurant worker born on October 20th and for Max Plank's (the spirit of Capitalism and the protestant work ethic...) amongst other things...thought would take the advice of the Modern Vegan and share a bit of knowledge of what we learnt while at the dayz in San Francisco (the Book of Eli?)
