Kosher Attorneys and Lawyers
Restaurants, in America, normally don't get sued. Most cases for restaurant owners revolve around personal injury and employment law.
Most good attorneys, however, will be unable to successfully win any kind of case revolving around the halachic status or sharia status of foodstuffs in a Kosher or Hallal restaurant. Why is this the case?
Due to the nature of the religion and U.S. law not really being involved with the intricacies of both of the religions.
In other words, IF you buy a hamburger at a Kosher restaurant and there is blood in the hamburger, most attorneys would laugh at brining a case like this to their desk. However, for both establishments, Kosher and Hallal, it's a serious violation. Not simply financial. For Kosher establishements, a beit din would be formed and the ruling would be would be required to adhered with, or the establishment would face exile. For Hallal restaurants, am unsure about the rulings.
Unfortunately, legal sites like LegalZoom, Prepaid Legal or YourLegal411.com, who deal with U.S. case law, wouldn't have any real say in regards to these kinds of cases.
